Hollidae Fling is the first of many holiday stories I hope to enjoy this year. This sweet contemporary romance features Sienna Turner and Jake Hollidae.
Sienna has her ex-husband to thank for her feelings of bah-humbug towards Christmas and any romantic hookups. Finding that your husband has been unfaithful around the holidays will do that to you. While Jake has holiday cheer in spaces, it is the deep dark secret that he held onto for so long after the death of his wife that has him a little relationship spooked.
To ease the blow of leaving Sienna alone during the holiday, unbeknownst to her, Evelyn orchestrates the perfect romance when she hires Jake to decorate Sienna's house with Christmas cheer. In addition to a budding romance, this one is about forgiveness, giving, discovery, healing, and the opening of two hearts.

La Marca Prosecco is often compared to Champagne which is considered the bench mark for sparkling wines. On the nose this one gives notes of green apple, pear, citrus and refreshing aroma. Now the tongue celebrates the explosion of bubbles and fruit followed with a dry aftertaste.
Someone suggested that the Prosecco would be good with a mimosa and at the time of reading this I was feeling a mimosa. I like a little pulp in my orange juice and it gave a bit of weight to the beverage. The Prosecco was moderately dry and blended well with the sweetness of the OJ. Overall, both the book and wine were refreshing with crisp tones.
