The symbol on the bottle is the Cross of Lorraine, a French emblem that symbolizes courage, honor, and perseverance.
Naturally aged for at least four and a half years, the bold and full-bodied blend of D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac is made from a selection of the finest Eaux-de-vie, including some that were carefully matured in the cellars of the Château de Cognac.
On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes.
Tasting Notes
Distinctively and unexpectedly smooth, each taste reveals hints of spices and almonds with undertones of honey and dried fruits as the grand finale.

The Federalist Honest Red Blend pays homage to one of the most highly regarded American presidents of all time, Abraham Lincoln.

A good entrance with flavors of dark fruits and spice.
A rich round mouth feels with a long finish.
Dark purple with aromas of plums, blackberry, cassis, and black current with a hint of spicy vanilla from time in barrel. Delicious entry, rich mid-palate, and supple tannins with a touch of black cherry shining through. The dark fruits and spice carry through a long finish with a great concentration of flavor.

The 2016 Cigar Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon from Cosentino Winery begins with a pleasing, bourbon-filled aroma of blackberry and black cherry along with lots of wonderful baking spice, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, caramel, and more. Limited Release.
Tasting Notes
Layered with aromas of blackberry jam, brown sugar, coffee, and smoke against a similar palate framed by silky tannins and a hint of toast on the lingering finish.

Cooper & Thief: Born from Mischief (Interesting)
Crafted by Cellarmaster, Chris Leamy, our wine is aged for three months in bourbon barrels, which gives way to soft, velvety tannins with a subtle heat. The combined result is a rich flavor, with a long, lingering finish.
